![]() In Commands List, choose FormatBulletDefault. Click Customize button, near of dialog box. At left of the dialog box click Customize or Customize Ribbon. Follow these steps: display Word dialog box. If you want to have the same functionality a Keyboard, you must customize your Keyboard. ![]() While these may work for what want to do, they don't take the same approach to Formatting as Bullets tool on the Home tab of Ribbon. To remove Bullets, could also use Ctrl + Shift + N Shortcut, which applies to Normal Style. If you Press Ctrl + Shift + L, Word is supposed to automatically apply the predefined Bullet Style to your Paragraph. Closely related to this approach are two built-in shortcuts by Word. There are other benefits to using styles, but most of those have been covered in other WordTips. First is to styles and define keystrokes that apply your styles. If you are bind and determined use a Keyboard to apply bullets, there are a couple of things you can look at. Unfortunately, there is just-as-easy way to do the same thing using a Keyboard. Word include handy-dandy tool that allows you to add bullets to in a jiffy and just as easily remove them.
